Spend is calculated daily based on the total amount paid on products in the last 365 days after discounts have been applied. Delivery costs are not included in the calculation.
Make sure you’re signed into your account. Visit the Samples page and add in up to 2 free samples into your shopping cart. You will see an automatic discount applied to these samples. Please note that these are not included automatically, so you can choose which samples you prefer.
Z Points are our reward points. Every time you purchase, your account will be rewarded Z Points. The higher your tier, the faster you earn Z Points. 100 Z Points are worth $1. Once your Z Point balance reaches 1000 points or more (ie. $10), it will automatically be converted into a voucher that you can apply to your order as a discount at checkout.
No, they don’t expire. You can redeem them at any time.
Yes you can. If you have subscription orders with us, simply select the option to automatically apply any Z Points in your account as a discount to your order.
With this option enabled, Subscribe & Save orders will automatically apply any existing Z Point vouchers as well as any remaining Z Points as a discount to your order. So for example, if you have a $10 voucher and 883 Z Points, you will receive a discount of $18.83 as a discount.
If you are shopping through our website, you can only apply Z Point discounts after they have been converted into a $10 (or greater) voucher.
However, Subscribe & Save orders will have both points and vouchers applied automatically.
Ordinarily, your Z Points will be applied to your account within a week of your order being shipped. During special promotional periods, this time may change and will be specified in the promotion itself.
