Why does the product recommend mixing one serving with 860mL of water?

Our recommendation to mix one serving of Complete Pre Workout with 860mL of water is based on the guidelines set by the Food Standards Code of Australia.

The Code dictates that caffeinated beverages should have a caffeine concentration between 145 mg/L and 320 mg/L. Given that our product has 275mg of caffeine per serving, using 860mL of water ensures that the caffeine level per litre of the prepared drink is within the safe and approved range set by the regulations. This recommendation is designed to align with both safety standards and regulatory compliance, ensuring the best experience for our customers.

Why is this product so much cheaper than similar products on the market?
