For years, we received countless customer feedback about out website being old, slow, mobile-unfriendly and clunky. So after a very long time in development, we're excited to finally release our brand new website!
We've gone heavy on the colour and imagery to reflect our new brand. We've eliminated many of the pop-ups and laser focussed on making the experience much friendlier on mobile.
We have also made a number of changes to our offering which will represent much better overall value to all of our customers. Here's a quick run-down:
Product Price Reductions
We have reduced almost all our product prices, including our #1 selling Whey Protein Isolate. For example, 1kg WPI is down from $94.99 to $84.99.
Some other examples of our popular products include our Signature Protein 1kg ($74.99 to $64.99), Complete Pre Workout 30 Serves ($69.99 to $59.99) and Creatine 250g ($29.99 to $24.99).
Free Shipping Threshold Reduced
Our free shipping threshold has now been reduced from $149 to $99, Australia wide.
Any heavy shipping surcharges have now been removed.
Better Loyalty Perks and Z Points
Off the back of a lot of feedback, we have completely overhauled our loyalty programme. Key changes are as follows:
- You will now earn up to 5% back in Z Points (up from 1%), based on your spend in the prior 12 months.
- Loyalty discounts will be removed entirely (to account for the price reductions and increased Z Point earn rates)
- Top tier members can now receive free samples with orders $99+, early sale access and access early product drops (including those with limited availability)
Z Points will continue to retain the same value (100 points = $1). Any previously existing Z Points will be carried over to this new website.
Due to technical limitations on the new website, Z Points are now automatically converted over to discount codes and assigned to your account in $10 increments.
You can then apply these discount codes to your order to redeem them as a discount. When logged in, these codes will display at checkout and also on your loyalty page.
Subscribe & Save
You can continue to manage any of your subscriptions from your account area. Any existing subscriptions will remain active.
The discount for subscription orders has been reduced from 10% to 5% in line with the product price reductions and free shipping threshold reduction. Despite this reduction, the overall price of almost all orders will be more favourable.
Subscribe & Save orders have the flexibility to apply any existing Z Points and/or discount vouchers assigned to your account automatically. So if you have 350 points ($3.50 value) and a $10 loyalty voucher available, the system will apply up to the combined amount of $13.50 to your order.
